PROCESSING TIME
In stock items usually ship within 48hrs after receipt of order.  Orders are processed Monday through Friday.  We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
All orders are shipped by UPS Ground only at this time. However, we do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories.  
DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
Online Orders: All online orders over $150 will include Free UPS Ground Shipping only to the contiguous United States. This excludes Hawaii, Alaska, US territories, and Canada.

Call-In: All FULL SET Wheel Simulator Kits will include Free UPS Ground Shipping if the order is placed over the phone.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We do not ship internationally at this time.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
We accept Visa/MasterCard/American Express credit/debit cards. Please make sure that your name is entered exactly as it appears on your card. For the protection of customers, transactions cannot be processed if billing information is not 100% accurate.
IS BUYING ON-LINE SAFE?
Shopping online is encrypted. Your payment information is not stored on the website.

Orders and Returns

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Customers are able to place orders online or by phone.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
If a customer has received an item from Pacific Dualies, Inc. that they wish to send back for a refund they need to contact our customer service department within 10 days from receipt of goods. Our customer service department can be reached at: 800-426-0584, or contact us via e-mail at: sales@pacificdualies.com. Customer Service will issue an RMA # which must be printed on top of the box that is being sent back to Pacific Dualies, Inc. There will be a 15% re-stock fee charged for returned merchandise.

Tracking information will be provided by email when you order ships. Please check your email inbox and make sure the shipment email has not been sent to a SPAM/JUNK folder.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

DO YOU OFFER A WARRANTY ON YOUR PRODUCTS?
Pacific Dualies offers a limited lifetime warranty on all of its wheel simulator products. If any part of your wheel simulators rust or discolors we will replace them free of charge. This is our commitment to our customers that our products are manufactured and produced with quality always in mind.
LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
Pacific Dualies, Inc. warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the product. Any unit that fails within this period will be repaired or replaced at Pacific Dualies' option and without charge when returned to the factory. The warranty does not apply to damages caused by accident, alteration, or improper and unreasonable use. Maximum liability is not to exceed the original purchase price of the product.

PACIFIC DUALIES DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF ANY WRITTEN WARRANTY ON THE PRODUCT.

Some states do not allow the disclaimer of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above disclaimer may not apply to certain individuals. This warranty gives the customer specific legal rights, and they may also have rights which vary from state to state. In most cases, the product will be repaired or replaced and shipped back within 10-12 business days upon receipt.
